1. Corporate Training Programs
This applies to all customized training programs offered to companies and corporate clients.
- Refund Policy:
No Refund will be provided for any Corporate Training program once payment is made and registration is confirmed.
2. International Certification Courses
This applies to all courses offered under UK and US qualifications (e.g., US CPA, US CMA, US EA, etc.).
- Refund Policy:
No Refund will be provided once registration is complete and the course access has been granted.
3. Skill Boost Programs
This includes all upskilling programs offered to individual learners aiming to enhance their professional skills.
Refund Policy:
- 100% Refund: If the request for cancellation is made before the start of the course sessions.
- 75% Refund: If the cancellation request is made within two weeks from the start of the sessions.
- No Refund: If the cancellation request is made after two weeks from the start of the sessions.
