1. Corporate Training Programs

This applies to all customized training programs offered to companies and corporate clients.

  • Refund Policy:
    No Refund will be provided for any Corporate Training program once payment is made and registration is confirmed.

2. International Certification Courses

This applies to all courses offered under UK and US qualifications (e.g., US CPA, US CMA, US EA, etc.).

  • Refund Policy:
    No Refund will be provided once registration is complete and the course access has been granted.

3. Skill Boost Programs

This includes all upskilling programs offered to individual learners aiming to enhance their professional skills.
Refund Policy:

  • 100% Refund: If the request for cancellation is made before the start of the course sessions.
  • 75% Refund: If the cancellation request is made within two weeks from the start of the sessions.
  • No Refund: If the cancellation request is made after two weeks from the start of the sessions.

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our official email: [your email address].
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
  • The company reserves the right to make changes to the refund policy with prior notice on the website.
